Early Termination Fees (ETFs):

• Long-Term Contracts: SecureAntivirus operates on long-term contracts (1-2 years). If you cancel before the end of the contract term, you may be subject to early termination fees, which can be substantial and typically non-refundable.
• ETF Waivers: In rare cases, you may be able to avoid early termination fees if you move to an area where the service is unavailable or if SecureAntivirus consistently fails to meet service obligations.

Service Interruptions:

• Refund for Downtime: In cases of prolonged service interruptions, outages, or significant performance issues, SecureAntivirus may offer service credits or refunds, but this usually requires you to report the issue and follow our resolution process.
• No Refund for Weather-Related Issues: Services can be affected by weather conditions, and SecureAntivirus does not offer refunds for temporary weather-related service disruptions.

Prepaid Plans:
